For the record I started at Ch6 in all my testing so that the layup into Ch7 was solid. Just an FYI.

Welp,It seems I have to start from the start as the only chapter 6 ending save I had was from before chapter 7 and the error I was getting was so bad I couldn't even ignore it and crashed my game,Here we go again hopefully for the last time as at this point its gonna take me about 18-ish hours to get trough it all...

I you have an early Ch7 save try that.... otherwise, for purists, I'd say start over. If you've used Relp cheats then it doesn't matter really, load whatever save you want since the variable/conditional changes in Ch7 mostly deal with Relp.

At the end of Ch. 8 all is good, it just seems that the leftover code of Ch.7 (when it was released) didn't get cleaned up for Ch. 8 release.
Btw Sancho, for the Ch. 7 CriticalPathingSplit(open, intimate, etc.) during Jay and Mallory confrontation, why is there no option for both intimate? i just want to see the game over

The VN autosaves on page 99. SanchoMod has different code that saves on page 69. SanchoMod AutoSaves are made at the end of every Chapter, including Ch7. I might have missed a certain spot on earlier Chapters (although I don't think so) since I have to create the Autosave dependent on the current playthrough path... so some Chapters have several different save point locations. Ch7 is the same though... it's at the beginning of MC/Jaye going to the yacht to find Mal. It will be located on Page 69, Slot 8 (there's a Prologue in the VN so that takes Slot 1, so Chapters are on slots 1 ahead of their respective numbering, e.g. Chapter 1 is on Slot 2, etc.)
Yeah, the CriticalPath was meticulously coded to insure you could only have paths that are naturally obtainable if playing unmodded. The reason I put the disclaimer in the screen is that there's no way for me to assume what Relp balance to reallocate. So, no Relp point changes are made by the mod. Otherwise the paths will play out as if the Player had been on those particular paths from the VN start. Please read the Note on the release post here. If your save is prior to the start of Ch7 then it's going to be hit or miss if they'll load proper since that's when the dev upgraded RenPy from v7 to v8 which fucked up about half or more of folks' older saves. It's trial and error loading them and that's why I put a "Main Menu" button in the QuickMenu (bottom of screen) so that you have an escape route to try another save to load without the VN crashing to desktop. I did what I could to make most old saves (prior to Ch7) playable, but blame the dev team, not me... I've been warning dev's about conversion to R8 since it was released, few listened.

It's just weird that the previous chapters don't have that "Make a manual save now" screen, while Ch.7 and Ch.8 both have them.
If i load 0.9a save from the kill/knockout onward at that screen that says save made at page 69-(slot 8) there no save being made at 69-8, while all the other tiles are populated with correct chapters.

for the o9a steam there seems to be an issue with the apex predator scene replay, doesn't matter whether its sancho mod gallery or game scene replay in the apex predator after giving lisa multiple orgasms she turns around to start the next scene of sex and another song thats better starts to play overlapping the previous song so that they are both playing at same time. Thw meso predator scene with music plays fine and normally.

Alright, caught up with the Dev and no problems what so ever that I could see from your mod. Was a load of help as always. Thank you so very much for your work on this!!! Also, side note, any work on Sarah Rose mod update? I know chances are, may not be the storyline I am currently playing, not sure what that is called, but I am sure people would like the mod updated just the same.
