So I had a question in my post earlier, but I think my wall-of-text style of posting made people miss it, so I'll just repeat it again:

I got to the antihero/vig/hero branching part of the game last night. Is there a list of what girls are available or are locked out on which of the 3 branching paths?

I've glanced through this thread a bit. From the few things I've read, some girls are only available on specific paths? (I read the dev saying they can't see someone named "Ava" ever being available on the vig/hero path or something? I haven't met her yet tho). This... kinda sucks. I'm not a fan of being forced to replay a game because a specific path I chose doesn't have the LIs I'm interested in. I don't even know all the girls yet but I'm being presented with a branching option that I have no idea what it locks me out of. It'll really suck if I pick one, continue playing for another X amount of hours before I realize "oh shit, this new girl I'm really interested in is not available as a LI because I picked this path.".

So ya... any list of what I'm locking myself out of by choosing antihero/vig/hero?

With that being said my memory is spotty, great for somethings and utter shit for others like names.
Ana to me is a memorable name, I dont recall seeing that name at all.
Even checking in the status part of the game I saw no Ana.

Maybe you mean Hanah?
I doubt its what you mean but its as close as we can come to an answer.

Just started playing this game, and since the dev seems active in this thread I'll post my first impressions as I think of them.

First impressions

- Holy shit banger Main Menu music. When I first opened the game, I literally sat at the menu screen listening to the music for a good minute before starting the game.
- Very impressed with the options to turn certain kinds of content on/off. I'm not one to turn content off, but the fact that it's there for other people is great!
- Bonus points for the choice modifier option as well. One of the main things I dislike about a lot of Ren'py games is the fact I'd need a walkthrough to make sure I don't miss a route that I'm interested in.
- Now an hour or so into the game, and found my first issue. The MC and Kate naming thing. I decided to have Kate be my friend (since that's what she was since childhood, right? Calling her just a roommate or "roomie" is odd). So she's my friend, I'm her friend, we're friends... but the issue is the "what I call her" and "what she calls me". I want her to call me by my name, and I want to call her by her name... isn't that normal? It's odd for the game to be "Hi, friend!" or "Thank you, friend!" Like... who talks like that? So I wanted us to just call each other by our names, "Thank you, Kate.". The issue is when this is used in certain ways. An example of how odd it can get can be seen in the option screen to change MC/Kate's relationship. "So Kate is your Kate and you are her Aetheran. Kate and Aetheran are friends." .... yes.... Kate is my Kate. I am her Aetheran... thanks... that's not awkward to read at all /s. I don't want to call her by some nickname, I don't want her to call me by some nickname. IMO, there should be an option to just call each other by our actual names.
- Further along in the story. I wasn't sure about Erick at first but he seems like a real bro, I like him.

Overall I'm enjoying it. My only major complaint is the last point I listed. I don't even know all the girls yet but I'm being presented with a branching option that I have no idea what it locks me out of. Since the game isn't complete I think a good rule of thumb if you want to see as much as possible in one playthrough is to choose options that increase your relationship and/or fear if you lean that way (I'm pretty sure Hana has a lot of options that increase both). Though there could also be alternative relationship options for girls like Ginger, Karma, and Whisper if you steal their Genex abilities, but the game is still being made so that may also not be the case in the future.

I think you may mean "Aya" (pretty sure that was her name). You'll get a prompt early on if you'd like to skip a hero shift and hangout with your brother and Aya, who I believe was a childhood friend. Anyway, brother is trying to hook-up with Aya and wants you to help. You get the option to keep him in the room or send him on an errand after he does a pretty big faux pas. As I recall, repeated anti-hero options will lead to you fucking her (with your brother if you let him stay) with very questionable consent (good chance the pheromones tied to your genex are messing with her a bit). Afterwards (didn't see the version with brother) I'm pretty sure sure tells you something along the lines of it either being amazing or the best fuck she's ever had before going out to meet her boyfriend. Who I'm guessing could turn out to be a bit of a jerk if we ever meet him so we don't have to feel to bad about stealing his girlfriend, like with Jessica (whose husband is an asshole who helped ruin your life as a kid and wants you dead) and her friends (who seem to have married deadbeats if memory serves correct) in Corrupted Kingdoms.

Ok, so if I have to chose between the women and their abilities, I guess I will take the women My "completionist" soul will hurt but.. its fine (copium).. x) The game is perfectly playable without the complete ability list.

So far I collected 4 abilities (strengh, wind, speed, fire ) on the hero route. And since I don't want to antagonize Whisper/Ginger/Karma forever, I guess I won't reload a previous save and continue my hero branch as usual.

You will get hurt by Adam, if you have the Heal Genex from Bunny you'll start with some extra HP. That fight is not that hard, but it's not that easy.

I didn't know about the rabbit girl's ability either since when I got to that point I only had the genex of Foxy, Whisper, Winter and super strength, the fight is complicated if you don't have most of the powers but it can be done, yes You have the flying thing, use it in turn 1 and get rid of the 45hp girl and if you can continue using flying, do it, it helps a lot and if not with super strength x3 trying to get rid of the other one as quickly as possible

i encourage everybody to use cheats if they wanna interact with every girl in the novel the days are not enough to complete the side quests as well as main quests
also while game released dev said the 3 different paths are just gonna change the interaction and not the scene but later i found different routes give you different scenes

Duh? The days are enough without cheats atm

I say with cheats...cause that last fight just f**** my run. You get no warning at all before serious fights, which is a total b****to be honest. I got used to save every single time I decided to do any action, cause I lost count how many times I lost bc having to little HP or Energy. That aside, I love to play slowly and enjoy everything, and this fight against the goons is impossible to win in Normal mode, cause they just kick my ass. Do mind this is my first playthrough, so for new players the mechanics are not well designed. Also for time, I just ran out of time to get all the Genex, like I said i like to play slowly and just didnt get them in time. If there are cheats, I will definitely use them in this game; sadly if you are not straight up focused on strategy and want to do everything slowly (build up base, train, slowly get affection with all prison girls) you "run out of time". So yeah, just my take so far on the game.

I took it was something like "Being a Dik" or one of those kinda games.
Where they let you see the stats before the next season comes out.

I'm afraid to say the most of obvious choice is for a fresh reinstall of the game.
I hope its not a lot of saves you had.

If you cant play or restore an old game, everyone is likely to say just delete and reinstall Genex Love.
I'd advice if you do that and can play again, to not cheat.
This is likely the reason you're getting that issue.

You could try using the saves you have from this install, to be safe I would suggest not using those saves and just play honestly.
Please dont mistake me saying this as "I'm against cheating".
I am in games which are multiplayer or MMO. Single player my thought is M.Y.O.B. you dont hurt people, if you do.
I dont cheat but I dont care if others do.

Finally got around to playing this update and finally finishing part 1 for genex and honestly this was a much better experience than the previous games the dev made. There were huge improvements in everything from dialogue to story to characters. The sex scenes were also greatly improved and pretty creative. Honestly, Fin deserves the title of one of the best game devs on here, and I hope that part 2 is even better. Just some quick thoughts though on that final fight with Adam in the gym.

Besides that annoying experience the rest of the game was pretty consistent with the mc's strength and it was enjoyable from the start to the finish. I just hope we don't have to go through another one of those gym scenes again because I geniuenly got embarrassed for the mc playing that section. A 9/10 game definitely a must play for anyone who likes superhero games.
