the backroom would be fixable ( not now, its 3am and I don't have the brain power to fix it
) and there is nothing more after the scenes with Alice .. unless I'm missing something in the source files. act_one_p4.rpy ends on Alice going home and than calls the devwall.rpy which just says that this is all the current content.

Found the bug. There was an issue where you could repair multiple things in a day and this is what has caused the mismatch.
We've just uploaded 0.32b. You won't be able to buy multiple repair items a day. This should fix the issues, however, you'll likely need to rollback or reload to when you have THREE things left to repair at the repair shop.
The intended flow is:
Repair stairs + bedroom, sleep, repair bathroom, sleep, repair 1 (kitchen/backroom/main), Rachel conversation, sleep,
repair 2, sleep, conversation with Ben triggers when you try to buy the last repair item, repair remaining room, when you try to repair entry, Ben and Alice will arrive

I find it funny that the repetive bullshit part of this game bugged out. Its the coding gods telling you to get rid of it. It makes the game suck.

That's because you're at the end of the current content. For some reason the Dev-message that tells you that just doesn't load.

I did not write down the exact choices but just flirt but not be a creep. I think the last choice ends up with blowjob only if you say she sahould model and you get to fuck if you choose the other option to say goodbye. She will have to give you her number on the bag of chips either way or you get neither.
Edit to add a note to defunktopus ...please either do away with the white flash or shorten the time dramatically. I play in a dark room, so that really hurts the eyes but even if you are not, your eyes het used to looking at a darker background and the sudden white flash hurts the eyes. I like your art and the storytelling so far but that is a major negative for me.
And you seem to like to dunk on people, but act offended once they get back to you. The "fantastic comedy troupe" doesn't give a damn about your feelings concerning AI Art.
Saying art doesn't have any style because it's AI generated is as dumb as saying a chair doesn't have four legs because it's been crafted with power tools. AI is a tool, nothing more, nothing less.

Fix is not working. I can't sleep after fixing the stairs and bedroom. It lets me fix a few other rooms but then cannot fix kitchen or entry. This game shows promise but the coding is really buggy.

I like the game a lot, but the bug to not repair the house prevents me for going further, and the whole thing is just dumb to me. You have a truck, and you couldn't get everything you need in one stop and put them in the bed of said truck, you have to go back and forth which is broken and gets us stuck.

the old man is refered to as landlord more than once
and if you open the script(just did it so i could see that i wasn't misremembering) his name is literally landlord in there

The idea is the MC buys the house/land from the landlord, but it's surrounded by property owned by the land owner. In some places it's called an "enclave" property. Happens in very rural areas. This all will be explained as the story unfolds of course.

Funny because those are illegal anymore in the two states I've lived in over the last bunches of years.
There has to be a legal easement back to the property otherwise they can't complete the transfer.
Doesn't have to be a fancy easement, though. Can just be a walkway, I think it was 3 or 4 feet wide.
Forgot how wide mine is.... 12-14ft? give or take.
Your story is kinda funny to me as it fits in w how life is around here. The nearest grocery store is 20 or so
miles away. I talk w folks and they tell me things like they don't know where their house keys are because
they've never locked their doors before. I have 1 neighbor within about a mile and a half. "Town" consists of
a gas station. The hardware store in your story is exactly like the one over in the next town.(10-15miles away)...
Including the part about not worrying about paying till you get a chance.... lol

I have to say that I really really like Rachel, she is just kinda my type so it is something that makes me kinda sad that we basically say goodbye to her, I really hope that there is an option that later in the story you can convince her to leave the city and join you.
