This game has morphed into more of a random VN, although it's had a major overhaul - lots of bugs are still roaming free...

Sadly Ferdafs seems to have health problems and/or other commitments, so fixing the bugs aren't high priority.
You could play around with the 'fourth dimension' (search this thread) to try and bypass the issue, not sure if it would work.

He tried doing it once with morty becoming a “chud” and beth getting it, but received lots of negative reviews of that update. So don’t think we will see it at all.

there is one scene with morty turning into a horse or a chud, if you seen the show and episode. beth has sex with horse morty. other than that, i don't recall any more beast contents. we need more beth scenes, i like foot fetish content in this game

Well, officially we have Summer alluding to doing 'butt stuff' in season 5 'Rickdependence Spray', that is probably as far as that will go 'officially'...
Ferdafs teased us to no end during the poolscene...and a bit in the last segment...
I agree Summer's well overdue for some backdoor fun, it's canon with the series after all
...also there's far to little eating Summer out, but that's probably just me...

Right now none, but I think ferdafs is getting into preg stuff 3.8 contained a Beth pregnancy lesson and creampied her. But the renpy remake has pregnancy

Can't remember exact number but they are all side characters.
Morty has a daughter with the sexrobot 'Gwendolyn', no visible pregnancy on the robot...
He knocks up a few of the Gazorpians with visible pregnant bellies and there that arc ends.
...if I don't remember it all totally wrong and get things mixed up with the renpy version...like I usually do...
