Balsa doesn't specify when "later" is in this post. In earlier posts he talked about releasing the update on subscribestar first, then letting his subscribers conduct a thorough bug-hunt and then releasing an updated-updated version for free on his website.
This isn't paid beta-testing. The bug-hunt is more of a personal challenge kind of thing, a fun activity almost. So I really don't think that they will spend weeks on that.
BTW how can you turn off the scat content? Because there is a cycle where I forget why I forgot about this game and every time I am reminded when I see some of that crap (I mean both piss and shit).
Time to replay this masterpiece

There is a button in the control room that disables scat, but I don't think it disables piss, not 100% sure though.

Thanks. I've read a review which said you could turn it off, but i wanted to be EXTRA sure. I can stomach some piss, even if i'm not a fan, but the other one is a definite no-no

It's not that unlikely to happen. Horror in Hongdae is nearing completion it seems. To my recollection Balsa hasn't been talking about any plans for another big project after that, only about nebulous ideas for a Dune sequel. He used to work on a little side-project about witches quite a while ago, that somehow ties in to HiH. Maybe that's still going on, maybe it isn't.
