I'd say it's a gray area. If you share them enough (which the MC is supposedly just doing for the money), then they'll start fucking around behind his back (and you'll be getting no money out of it). Not just with the videos you can get, but also stuff like their responses to how they feel about the antagonist change where they're clearly now into him but trying to spare the MC's feelings. If we say netorare has a jealousy component then the messages from the antagonist definitely feel like they're trying to evoke that and there's just a general netorarey kinda vibe to things (like the recent threesome with the antagonist, housewife, and schoolgirl).
You are completely right though that if you're not into that though you can just say you'd never share them sometime near the start and then never worry about any of that kind of content again. But I do think the game can appeal to people that like netorare over netorase (just saying this in case someone who wants and is looking for NTR stumbles upon your answer).

Honestly, wouldn't be shocked no ones updating it simply because the games getting stale and updates are kinda one-note. I myself am at that point where I'm more interested in the game actually moving forward instead of adding more characters.

Moving forwards where? the story is "circular" and it ends on day 21. We're only missing some endings.
Have you like...paid attention to the things that happen during those 21 days? Nothing during them that makes you ask any questions?

Disagree, and this gives rise to a warped definition of 'sharing' - where there's not even an amicable relationship between then and MC. A girl laughing her ass off (emi) at how she's cheating on you isnt 'sharing'. I'd really call this kind of stuff 'you can push them towards ntr', which I suppose is what ntrs means but the style is different.
longjohngold had a more accurate answer - themes will have a greater appeal to ntr purists.
