Yeah, the TechniIce thing wasn't the reason I used "Ice boxes" in the game. It was the first image that showed up when I looked for "Ice boxes" when I was looking at it to answer you :D
As sagerock820 said, and he's as American as NY-style pizza, he has seen written as "coolers", "ice chests", and "ice boxes", and I should trust my proofreaders, right? ;)
Ah - a Yankee. Makes sense. ;):ROFLMAO:

I'm Texan and that isn't a term you see used that way in our region.

Haven't spent any significant lengths of time in the upper Northeast and really haven't had many conversations where that term would have come into play - not a lot of chances to get into deep discussions on outdoorsy things with business acquaintances unless it somehow has something to do with the "business" being discussed. The most likely spot I'd see it, if I ever did, would be in a television show or somesuch - lots of them based in NYC, some in Boston, but rarely anything that would have an outdoors or camping vibe to it.

We have Bimbo bread (English bread)
I worked with a baking company client many years ago that had an interest in "Bimbo". First time I saw it I was a bit amused, since the only other use of that term I'd ever seen was a reference to either a very loose woman or a prostitute. I guess such women could get petty yeasty, so maybe that's the connection.

With the heavy Hispanic influence in my area, I will occasionally seen the Bimbo logo on delivery trucks in areas that serve primarily Mexican ethnic communities.

Okay, Xerox, Hoover and Kleenex are synonymous with their product wherever I've been. Can't say I've ever been somewhere people say Chiclets instead of Gum though ...

Lyrics
Fundamental levar a vida a dançar
Nesta vida que tanto promete, chiclete

I've heard the term "chiclets" used to refer to teeth (as in "knocking out his chiclets") on a few occasions. I think it had something to do with the way white chiclets sort of resemble teeth. At least if you have big honkin' buckteeth.

Hopefully none of the new residents have this affliction. Well, unless MC has a braces fetish and that is the way it gets expressed...

Bread in the US is world renowned... for its awfulness. :sneaky:
San Francisco and Alaska both have great sourdough (from their respective gold rush eras), but aside from that good bread is hard to find. I was amazed how much better a fast food burger tasted in Europe and it wasn't because the cows were different, it was that the bread was so much better.
Yep, a good burger gets ruined by a lousy bun. I've had a burger where the bun was just too flimsy, I don't want everything falling out while eating it unless I got too many toppings.

Now has Betty had Olive Garden's bread sticks? What people miss the most when it left Ontario and you would have to drive to Buffalo to eat there.

Unlimited breadsticks, salad and the pasta e fagioli soup - a favorite inexpensive and quick lunch just out of college in the early 90s. My GF at the time liked to meet there on days we could both get away for lunch.

Of Olive Garden I only know that they have a famous one in Times Square and that they serve unlimited Breadsticks. What type of food and of what quality, I have no clue. Since Olives are Mediterranean and there's a plethora of Cuisines around here, including for example Palestinian, I have no idea what they sell.

We (Portugal) have a lot of connection to Olives, it is one of the "Office Supplies" of our Cuisine. I hate the darn things, because when I was a war refugee, recently arrived to Portugal, I saw my father and his sisters eat Olives with such pleasure, that one day while going to school, I passed by a LARGE "Olival" (an Olive plantation with hundreds of trees) and saw the Olives black on the trees, ready to harvest, and I picked one and eat it. 1 hour later the vomits had stopped enough that I could keep walking, got to school late and smelling of vomit. I never touched one ever again. How could I fucking know that they needed to be cured... :(

That's our episode of today's: "Things you should never do" with FatGiant.

Peace :D

It's pedestrian "Italian". Some of it is decent, but it isn't fine dining by any stretch.
