I don't remember ever dying in Double Homework. I beat up the nerd, chmoozed the doctor/dean lady and ended up with my girls Morgan, Tamara and Johanna in a happy incestuous threesome relationship. On my replay with Lauren, everything ended up mostly the same way. I'm not sure there's any way to end up the game negatively.
As for Daughter for Dessert, i only had eyes for my goddess and all time top 3 AVN's LI, Heidi and we became very powerful and rich. The only one getting fucked in this game is toasterman and i didn't see anyway either to have a negative ending.
Both game didn't have a negative/evil type character for you to associate with so saying here that it can go both ways with Valerie may be right, but that is based on the last few games ending definitely ain't.

dfd's antagonist wasn't truly evil just wanted her granddaughter for herself since believed that her son in law was responsible on death of her daughter but still antagonist.
none of prev. 2 have ended negatively and doubt this ends either.

Hello everyone, how is it going?
Here we are doing well and we’re working hard to bring you some exciting updates in the coming weeks - and rest assured that a lot of cool stuff will be coming to you soon. Check it out:
Streaming For Love
Very soon, we will release the second episode of Streaming For Love. It's a very cool release that will establish some neat features of the new engine we're working on. Here’s a little summary of what is to come:
We are still working hard on the release of Episode 17 of Shale Hill Secrets. As we always say, it's very difficult to make this type of post, bringing news, without giving away any spoilers. So, as usual, we can’t say much for now. Look out for more updates in the coming weeks!
Free Launches!
Maintaining our tradition of sharing games for free, here’s a heads-up for our followers who are not yet our patrons: Very soon we will share the release of Episode 10 of Shale Hill Secrets, as well as the first episode of Streaming For Love, already with the first chapter remastered. Keep an eye out!

Streaming For Love
Very soon, we will release the second episode of Streaming For Love. It's a very cool release that will establish some neat features of the new engine we're working on. Here’s a little summary of what is to come:
- We are finishing reworking Episode 01. Based on various feedback you provided, as well as some planned changes, this chapter has become much cooler, with several new elements, such as a dynamic chat, reworked CGs, among others. The idea to “rework” this episode was to use it as an official startup for the rest of the game.
- In Episode 02, we'll bring a fun point-and-click minigame. The idea is to keep everything natural and intuitive, without complicating or hindering gameplay. We are eager to see what you think!
- Gradually, we are using some new effects that have been added, such as animated CGs, particles, and other alternatives for interactions during gameplay.
- We are considering adding canonical bonus scenes that will appear during the gameplay of the game itself. What do you think of this idea, Platinum patrons?

Made a new playthrough just now... still continuation errors.
I stopped playing after episode 13 to wait for 3 or 4 new updates, to start over and to see if some are fixed... well, no... Love Joint doesnt do fixes for past episodes i guess.
Most recent occured error, and by far the worst too, in episode 10 you have a conversation with Silent1 accusing him to not held the part of the deal cause the police is investigating again against Leah. Well, i never made that deal. I helped Emily back in episode 5, not Leah, cause i thaught... Emily needs the help now, and we can fix things for Leah later on (like its done in episode 10 anyways)
But now its like i made a deal to help Leah and did not help Emily in that episode... its a huge bug. and just wrong. But i remember i stumbled over the exact error back in the days too... so still not fixed.
There are more continuation errors, but not that major...

this game has become unplayable since .15 where my game crashed every few scenes, now it just loads into a blank screen or all the text and characters hide when im playing

Works just fine here, could try a test.
Move your saves some other place, load the game, and use the cheats, unlock the chapters and go back to whatever chapter was giving you issues.
I mean, maybe you have the old crack? Have you updated the crack in a while?
