They're not accessible in the game anymore, but the images/videos are still in the game's directory.
When there is time, they'll be removed, completely.

Going to be completly honest here, if you can barely afford to put food on the table, you should not have a good PC nor a bad one, and you should not be posting here, instead doing something to have it better, the fact that you're here, only tells me you're better of than you say.
It would be interesting to see the design decisions that led to their removal. I really enjoyed the cams and the diary entries. I speculated their relevance in the early chapters of the game, but as MC developed his relationships in the house, the hidden cams became obsolete. At some point, I thought there would be interesting plot tension from the cameras being discovered. Sad to see them disappear from the story line altogether, though. It's quite simple. The game was a corruption game. Now it's a romance game. The cams don't fit that at all.
The diaries are save, they even have been expanded.

Regarding the removal of the cams... basically what Uthuriel said above.
Don't you worry about the diaries... they're here to stay.
In fact, J..D started adding diaries for the side characters as well.
Those are obviously not as huge as Sarah's and Shannon's, but a nice addition nonetheless, imo.

My thought I had was, instead of scrapping all those great renders and videos from hidden cams as if they never existed, remove them as part of the story. Maybe MC decides to remove them himself as his love and affection grows for his m and s, comes to conclude that it's the right thing to do, much like how he decided to open up to both of them the other's relationship. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for such such an ambitious game and impressively sticking with the schedule.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this game so much! I really hope there's additional content coming with Donna and Rose, as well as with Suzie! In fact, I was just going through a scene with MC, Suzie, Sarah, and Shannon together, and I'm hoping that I'm reading the "clues" correctly. I really hope Sarah and Shannon are going to give their blessings for MC to have a FULL relationship with Suzie.

Hey! Sorry for the inconvenience. I have done all the events for the neighbors and the affection is found 100%. The game tells me to go to their lounge at 12pm, to watch the event to get to level 2. The thing is, every time I go there the character looks around but nothing else happens. I tried to go there both on weekends and during the week, but nothing.

(just replay one of Donna's events)
2. It says 12AM -> that's midnight
(in the neighbor's living room / Rose's icon in the house)
I'll talk to J..D about adjusting the amount of Affection points earned, so all events add up to 100%.

According to your first post, you tried to go there at 12PM, but that does not work since it states 12AM.
In the living room, you'll see Rose's icon, which you click on.
The level up event will start right away.
I'm so stupid! I tried to interact every time at 12AM and not PM. In Italy we have a 24 hour clock, but even though I've been playing in English for a long time I still get confused. Forgive me and thank you very much!Huh?

Yeah... We use 24h here as well.
PM and AM can get confusing sometimes, especially when one is tired.
