I think the RR scenes are available after you finish the world so i doubt it's in the current update, since you can't finish it yet.

But... It's there... The options are just greyed out for me.

The RR scenes aren't just for after you finished a world. You can go there at any time and any scenes you got in the game (whether or not you finished the world where the scene takes place) are there.

The prices of the consumables were pretty big in my opinion as far as Cyberon's concerned.
