Okay, this'll tell people where I'm at, but just a reminder that games are fantasy, no way an AIRLINE CEO would tell a customer that THEY stole first-class seats from their customers ... they'd totally pawn it off on a random "can't tell you who" bigwig.
Also, probably would offer free future flights, but the refund isn't that unlikely under the circumstances ... although Frank does seem like he's probably a big enough wig to warrant such attention.
