Dev is working on the last story line quest so maybe it will be completed within a year. Can't say for sure though.
How to complete the "at service" quest? I can't help Brother Volt, my save from the previous version is having problems and should I start a new game to do the mission?

Your description is rather vague. Old saves should work, provided you did not tamper with them or use outdated mods.

Rather don't because it a pretty much rough method Cause you have to fillter the IMG, which is also very much annoying process
