Official patch or not, what IS official, are the classic censored incest terms used in the game without the patch, so the patch is just restoring the game to as it should be, not adding incest where it was never intended to be

The worlds of censored incest stories are always so weird conceptually. People going to crazy lengths to love and support their "landlandy" and "housemates/roommates", when no one in their right mind would give a damn about their landlord or landlady, and are probably nowhere near so close with their housemates/roommates.
Not to mention the social taboos against being sexually interested in your housemates/roommates, or landlady.

Bro, there's no such thing. Not anymore. Data correlation and multi streams take care of killing it. Your (and mine) only chance is to not be relevant to look for. Hide in plain view. Be as "banal" as possible. Otherwise, everything about us can be found if there's enough interest.
When I was a teen, I could leave home and be "lost" in minutes. And I did abuse that. I could be as sparse in details as I wanted when interrogated about where I had been. Even if I had been seen there, I could come up with an excuse.
Now? I carry a reporter with me. Where I have been and when. My exact location and timetable. If a file was created at a specific time and I may be suspected to have created it, where was I at that time, what were the actions made by that computer at that time... enough piles of evidence even if circumstantial that put me there opening that program at that moment in time.
So, no mate. No actual anonymity. Don't fool yourself.

So I'm enjoying the story very much, and while I enjoy how things have happened, I don't like how it's seemingly turned into a kinetic novel with lack of choices for we players to decide things. While I would have gone the same route with the sister, having an option would be nice, and in other situations as well. I am hoping future updates will present more opportunities for us to make meaningful choices

I thought it was really unofficial because the poster said it might break your save, but after seeing the small file size and file name it was clear that it was official (why would there be a relationship file in the game already otherwise).
Patreon is going too far to check for these things, as long as it isn't posted on Patreon itself it should be fine, are they going to check your browser history next to make sure you don't consume the content they ban?
