Still gathering info about 'too dark/too bright'.
(yes, it's too bright for some people, you don't have the best TV/monitor/laptop, no one has.)
Some random scene/pose/emotion just to check the lighting.
For me - it's exactly what you would see in some random vintage motel.
I hate fake photo studio lighting, that's why I'd better find some middle ground rather than make it flat, without shadows, ridiculously bright.
But some people don't mind if it's fake-flat-bright and would better mention that it's too dark.
I won't make it flat bright. Don't ask me for that.
Considering all that, can you see everything what you need?

Can you tell that room is illumnated by TV or you can't see anything? The picture where only TV is on.
So you can see the wall, the painting, and that thing on the bed (is it duvet?) and the coach/sofa is actually shining? Glass on the table? AC? The part of sink?
Does it look natural for you or too dark?
Because I can see even the shape of the bath tub.

No way that's a bummer, i don't have that much intellect in real life, anyways didn't even played the game, too dark for me taste, i'm waiting for a modder to make it brighter before playing it...

Are you waiting for smth different? I don't think there is smth more you can do with already shot renders, rather than just push brightness/gamma to the sky?

Holy shit, dude. I can't see a shit after that. Why would anyone use that in the first place? The white is so bright on my screen - it makes me blind, but all dark shades are mixed into COMPLETE BLACK.
This is actually very interesting. Why NVidia would even leave that option available. All 'shades of gray' are completely fucked up.

Non-HDR. That's what I know for sure. So if you have non-HDR and use that FULL RANGE option from NVidia - you will have BLACKS instead of shades of gray, and should be happy about it? I don't get it.
