Skin mods are typically designed for the default cup size and hair color. You can try switching to those defaults to see if it resolves the issue.
I don't think THIS is the right move, out of ALL of the possible things. The main gameplay loop is pretty much done, the "story" is also done, but there's still all those empty rooms + the possibility of just tackling on another, that very obviously felt were intended for future expansions.
But it's creative.
I get KP is finished, however... it's quite literally an endless DLC factory if executed right (a la gym trainer). Nurse Karryn? Outdoor Gym Karryn? Shopkeeper Karryn? All of these can easily be repurposed out of the existing stuff. Maybe even an actual cop Karryn that can explore outside of the jail and apprehend criminals, hell you could even give it some BDSM elements with handcuffs or something.
Reputation system with certain enemies instead of a random cycle of meme names? Enemies remembering certain things? (other than just bosses having a few extra lines when you come back after losing) More variation on battle text, more interactions outside of battle? Different scenes for jobs? Neighboring city prison? Guards-exclusive zone? (there's a table in the guard room that could probably be used for a guards-only bar)
There's just so much potential for this game still, years after release...
I get it, being burnt out and all after some 5 or 6 years. Though now he's had the platform (large discord + other communities full of dedicated fans and modders), resources (including AI these days...) and funds to quite literally get any idea done. There's a bit of code here and there that directly credits modders so he's at least not taking on ALL of that work himself.
Art doesn't ENTIRELY need to be sachinama, either... I don't mean in a dismissive "just get some AI or a fiverr artist to do it all" way, but surely others can do stuff like the prisoner bodies or even random things like field art or backgrounds, if that stuff isn't just entirely store assets (no idea on the specifics here).
Anyway I have no idea why I wrote all of this, just saw this post and was like "damn man, that's not right"... surely he doesn't read these forum posts, right? x3

But I like reading in between the lines, and to me this seems more like that there's probably some underlying issues with the co-collaborators preventing him from realizing the full potential of the game. I don't wanna speculate much, could be money (i.e VA suddenly wanting more money), could be motivation, could be literally anything. He constantly writes about how Sacchinama is doing other things now so maybe it's literally just that.
The game mode he described can be completely done by him with no new assets needed. No need for new art or voice lines. So it's more of a "safest route" type thing. Maybe that's just looking at it with a negative view though.

Thanks for the modpack. The personalized version has some optimization errors on startup that crash the game if you click retry for me. The unaltered version gets through the optimization just fine, and I can ignore the optimization errors and the game starts fine, I just don't know whether that will cause instability or something. Don't know if this is something anyone else encountered, but I figured I would mention it anyway.
Edit: Decided it was a good idea to add a screenshot of the error message.
Second edit: For some reason it just decided to work fine, despite me doing nothing different other than making this post. I'll leave this here in case me deleting the post undoes whatever black magic I accidentally cast while typing, but the issue is resolved, I guess.

I didn't make any changes to poses or image packs in the "My Edits" version, so I don't see any clear reason why this error would occur. The best advice I can offer at this point is to try moving the game folder to a shorter file path, and make sure it's located outside of Windows' protected directories, for example, avoid placing it in the "Program Files" folder or directly under the C:\ drive.
Thanks for the quick reply, it just started working properly for no apparent reason. Right after I posted that I started it up to see if I could take a screenshot of one of the other error messages that pop up for a split second, but it launched with no issues instead.
No idea what the problem was, or why it stopped, but rest assured it was almost certainly an issue on my end.

I'm not the developer or author of any of the mods included, I've simply shared a pre-modded version of the game. If you encounter bugs or crashes like this, the best course of action is to reach out directly to the mod creators. I believe atleast some of them are active on the official Remtairy Discord server.
That said, if you're using a pirated copy of the game, I strongly recommend not mentioning where you got the game from. When reporting issues, it's also a good idea to provide as much detail as possible, explain what you were doing before the crash, how it happened, and any relevant steps to reproduce it. This will make it easier for mod developers to identify and fix the problem.
EDIT: Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears that the Karryn Babe mod is likely causing the crash. You have a couple of options: you can try reaching out to the mod's author to see if they're able to address the issue, or, if the mod isn't essential for your gameplay, you can simply disable it. Just keep in mind that doing so will also disable all the features it provides.

Now the real question, maybe you can help me with this, what's the ideal path to play so that you have Karrys do sexual act but while always remaining in control and avoiding a game over?

There are two core mechanics in Karryn's Prison that you need to understand to master the game: Passives and Desires.
Desires
Desires are represented by the heart-shaped bars you see during combat. These bars determine what actions Karryn and her enemies can perform.
