the xalenda one is more based around the corrpution route and is more in development and can be quite buggy but the dev is dealing with personal issues at the moment. chilly's is complete to a point he'll continue to update with nergal when more actual content is available. as far as content chilly's would be the go to one

1) I don't know how/even if I did I'd rather it be made once a demo is available. If someone else makes a thread for me, like they did for this one, I'll use it regardless at that point

I'll admit I've never seen power girl in normal clothes but it looks too close to lisa so maybe change the clothes design opposed to the color if you can.
