I didn't play the new update or the previous ones but I heard that some of the roots and choices are buggedDon't torture yourself, waiting for releases or updates for this one.
He's going to release 3.9.9 Steam version, finish the new game Chapter 1, and release that on steam too. Then do Patreon release for Matrix Hearts all before the 31st of May. (It's already 31st may for me).
And how did that deep dive into Maelstorm's features go? The one that was being released 2 weeks ago.
Or the "regularly scheduled patreon content" that was being released during the month too?

Some of the paths were (are) broken/bugged. Dev was aware when he was communicating here and was going to fix them, but then he took 18 months to release the bugfix version that didn't actually fix the broken paths bugs.
And his latest promise of 3 releases in May again went unfulfilled.

I have an official date now for 3.9.9, the official Steam release: June 30th. I have finally found someone who can do the few animations that were in the chapter, but I am still going to ask in a poll later this month if you would all want animations or to simply use still images because it continues to be the one facet of the game that is hardest to procure.
Anyway! Maelstrom Chaser is complete, but as promised, I won't release it before getting the update for Matrix Hearts out first to prove to everyone that the new game doesn't take priority and simply compliments the first. Progress on Chapter 4 is also moving forward, as the route has been chosen and is now being worked on.
There are two Otter posts next week along with four the following week, so I look forward to getting up back to the Otter pool we otter-be playing in.

Dev can keep promises to NOT release updates, but really struggles with the promises TO release stuff.

Hello mate! During gameplay i get the preferred sentences green, and the galleries are open, but if i click on any of the pics in the otter hunt, i get an error.

So, I have started playing the game. A nice game, doesn't look like a harem game tho. I kind of liked Siarra's character. So, will she be back in the future as a LI i.e. will we have a Siarra ending?

I've been skimming through pages here, but besides the dev not delivering on promises, is the game playable? Are the bugs game-breaking?
