Mr. Otter constantly writes about the release dates of the update. And each time the update does not come out on the appointed date.

Last chapter was released more than 2 years ago and the dev never deliver what he promises, hope that answers your question.

Chapter 4 was just about ready in September 2023. Dev pops his head up gives a new release date every few months and still nothing. The latest ones were 30 May, pushed back to 30 June, and guess what? .....
There was a bug fix released a few months back (that didn't actually fix the worst bugs), but it got the Abandoned Tag removed.
