The lighting on the second image is better, however to be honest not a fan of either light setup. I think there is too much ambient light. You may be better served by having a single strong light from the left of the screen. Think a single emissive sphere would be your best option (maybe 1m diameter, 5m from character).

Yeah, sorry guys for the very poor texture quality of the couch. But with 2 Gb of VRam i had to sacrifice something in order to be able to render with GPU.
with gimp or other picture adeting software you can try to make things in layers and fit them on each other ;)

try to always avoid things clipping into each other
i could also recommend you experimenting more with lights

I like it as well :) She's got one hell of a strong toe, though :ROFLMAO:

Here are some attempts on my parts for something "dynamic" with different angles. The background and lights are quite lame for now. Learning how to tweak lighting is my next objective.
