Yea, still need the key for the chest in room 8

To start with:
- Intro needs to be skippable! While it's a solidly put together sequence and sets the plot of the game really well, it's insane that a mouse click or esc/space bar doesn't cut the thing off for repeat players.
- Secondly; there's too much-unneeded walking of the characters to show who is now talking. We go out of the conversation to then watch a person move a couple of "squares" just to then go back into the conversation screen. This is really frustrating in the beginning as it happens even when everyone is starting to leave the library. I get the idea behind it but it's a time-waster that will really get annoying on repeat playthroughs.
Heck, just those two issues alone have me closing the game to come back to. It looks good, a lot of hard work has gone into it and it shows. The problem is, it shows just a little too much.

OK...just a guess on my part, but since the keys needed to open the chests are 'skeleton keys', they probably aren't assigned to specific chests. While I have the chest in room 8 open, the chest in the room immediately across from 8 remains locked. I'm thinking we just don't have access to the full amount of skeleton keys at this time? Somebody let me know if they have ALL of their chests open.
EDIT Found the last key, so disregard anything I've ever said.

The rope will attach to the hook just by clicking on the hook at the specific location where it is needed.

im following the walkthrough, just saw the security guard heading outside and then talked to andy, now the walkthrough says i need to go to the west tower upstairs and unlock 2 switches, i have no idea how to unlock them and i dont hear the clicks the walkthrough mentions, pls help.
