If you make it in Front 76 on the frontpage, with multiple confirmation messages that you need to click.
It would still have 0 effect ... problem is that people just don't wanna read or active 1% of their brain power so they can apply some logic and common sense.
Just an IQ test when registering on this site, think that will help a lot

Make sure you are not drinking the Potion of barrenness ... Do this next time right before triggering the rent collection scene save the game... and make sure you have 1 Potion of Barrenness and 1 Potion of fertility, then trigger the scene and make sure you drink the potion of fertility, then come inside... final scene should be Victoria saying something about you cumming a lot ... after the scene ends save in a different slot... forward time by 5-6 days without saving if Victoria shows up mad at you for knocking her up then it worked and you can play from the save you made before skipping time 5 days.
The potion only raises your chances upto 75% so there's still room for failure. Just reload save and keep trying till you succeed.
