This error comming when you not downalodet it of System Japanisch then the game is Japanisch not englisch.

I suspect that the original language was Japanese or English , but the game decided to translate and the one who translated this did it very clumsily, which would have such crap in the names of folders and files and everything else

as someone pointed out, this is my first translation, and it's entirely possible that I've fucked something up - it's happened before. If you've got a bug, please post about it on the ULMF thread, with information about where you were so I can chase down the problem.
I don't know why you're having a problem with the graphics, but I redownloaded the base game from DLsite and unzipped the game info file with the tool available in my ULMF thread, and pasted the translation in. It seemed to work properly, and I've advanced through the first several H-quests without a problem.
Regarding the repeat army preggo gangbang, I think I might know what the problem is, and I'll see if I can find it and repair it.
Regarding the picture names: It's very important that you don't change any of the picture names. A substantial amount of this game's common events are scripts that invoke various expression, costume, or accessory pieces and mosaicing them into the standing or menu pictures. If any of the names are changed from their format, the scripts won't find them and the game will crash.

It is in the southeastern corner of the town, the first of the 3 caves on the northern wall of the "slum".
So the game isn't fully translated? Cause i still some none-english passages ^^

Sorry, the link I posted is just the patch. If you've already got the base game, opened on a system with Japanese Locale, you can just extract right over it.
And the game's main questline, H-quests, Items, Skills, Menu, and such are all translated. The only things not translated are things I'm afraid to change because the scripts are odd enough that I might break them accidentally, or things that are basically irrelevant, like the repeating quests at the Community Center.

The game is pretty basic, but I somehow like that army management part. Btw, does anyone if there is a way to lower lewdness or addiction?

Circle Shoku has a long history of top quality games of this caliber. My concern is, that they are coasting along, milking the success of their previous game, "Petite Goddess Emily".
This game about Delia is at equal or lesser quality than Petite Goddess Emily.
There are fewer scenes, no drug abuse system, less explanation given to background story, and the game is significantly shorter.
But as the newer title, Delia offers military management systems, more outfits, more side quests, and a greater emphasis on tentacle porn.
Overall Petite Goddess Emily is still my favorite, because this Delia game is simply, not innovative. If you've played any other game by circle Shoku, then this Delia game will be pretty unimpressive.
I hope circle Shoku one day decides to improve their games, rather than re-release the same game every year under a different name.

If you're having problems with extracting the .zip archive and are a lazy bastard like me who hates restarting their computer whenever they want to change Locales, I've gone through the hassle of re-encoding the .zip as a .7z with proper Unicode (praise be) text encoding and some nice LZMA2 compression (like 90%, but still).

Did you try this? But you'll still need to run game with Japanese locale.
