Do not talk to Chloe to encourage her from Monday to Friday. She should fail both her chores (you can see the girls cleaning usually around 13.00) and her exam on Friday. On Sunday go in the Interior at 08.00. You'll get the event

I think you need to complete Rachel's route on the Island & then complete Extra Naughty 1 before you can start Dare or Dare
