For Emily it's an option that should pop up when you ask her "up for something" , just repeat
For Chloe go to her room and peek/enter (try both) at 06.00 in the morning

Stuck one again with the 2 last quests that are unlocked but to dialogue to activate :/
I seek for you wisdom once again ^^

Inappropriate Chloe: Suppose to seek a dialogue with Rachel but nothing at all :/ Can't find her at all after dinner.
Extra Naughty: Suppose to ignore Chloe but don't work. I try to support them all, only Emily, only chloe, none...
Nothing :/

Extra Naughty 2 : Make sure she fails all chores during the week (do not encourage Chloe at all from Monday to Friday) and check the Interior at 8am on Sunday

ITS mean u dont have to talk to chloe? i was doing it but nothing happen, just sunday night at chloe room she was spank by rachel.

A littler help here. even though i have completed all star in the first milestone but still it says 75%. i cant progress any further then this cause every other event needs first milestone to be completed.
