For Emily it's an option that should pop up when you ask her "up for something" , just repeat
For Chloe go to her room and peek/enter (try both) at 06.00 in the morning

Inappropriate Chloe: Suppose to seek a dialogue with Rachel but nothing at all :/ Can't find her at all after dinner.
Extra Naughty: Suppose to ignore Chloe but don't work. I try to support them all, only Emily, only chloe, none...
