Honestly dont understand how that can be the case. Ive gone with the walkthrough for every single patch.
And got all 4 girls on a harem path, had the foursome and everything. No preggers path on any girl tho.

She should've been the first one pregnant with twins but she is just regulated to being cuck queen. Well at least we'll have help taking care of all the babies.
