Check the stats. The cuck route is set to true way before the Martin event. I think it was during the vacation, when Anne wants to tell you how she fucked Collin.

Yes, there are several triggers. But the first one is during the vacation.
The one on the beach with Martin comes after the vacation and after the toilet event.
But if you stay on "cuck false" route and then decide to let Martin grope Anne on the beach, the "cuck false" will stay that way. Only thing changes is that she will cheat on the mc.

You can flip it while on vacation, but there are consequences and I'd advise against it. After that, I think the only way to define the MC as unfaithful is to have sex with Nicole. Still, it's true that the MC can have sex with a lot of women and only tells Anne about a few of them — both before and after she calls him out — which is a holdover from the original version that I wish would've been changed. Anne's faithfulness is, at least so far, a one-time-only choice. Once she's unfaithful she's going to keep cheating no matter what.
Sure, but it signals this from the very beginning. The challenges are exclusively aimed at the wife. The story is the MC pushing Anne to go farther and farther until she finally relents and starts having sex with others. It's not until quite late in the game that Anne finally suggests that she'd like to watch her husband fuck other women (though she does retroactively claim that sex with Nicole was a setup in which she was involved).
I don't really know how deprived the MC is, though. Just off the top of my head he had two potential partners in the Dominican Republic and then Nicole, January, Chloe, Holly, Emma, another shot at Elena, Zarah, Shannon, Naomi, two women on the beach and two women in the gym, three women who work at the massage parlor, Josie, the swinger wife, plus the obvious ramp-ups to three coworkers. I'm probably forgetting someone. Of course, some of those routes exclude others (then again so do some of Anne's), but that's a lot of extracurricular sex.
Still, it's a game about a hotwife/cuckold fetish wrapped in a more flexible narrative that offers some alternatives. Of course it's going to be Anne-focused, because that's the MC's fetish (and, one presumes, the author's fetish). We know it's a game about that because we're rewarded with hotter scenes and more (in some cases a lot more) sexual content if the MC prefers watching over swinging. It's implicit in the Mike scene and explicit in the Dre scene when, if the MC joins in, Anne remarks that she wishes it would've been just her and Dre.
I've read that somewhat differently; I think it's about allowing the player to choose whether they're in an open relationship, a cuckolding relationship (and how hard that cuckolding is), plus a swinging or a cheating relationship layered on top of all that. I imagine some players like the idea of the MC getting 90% of his sexual kicks by watching Anne, hearing about Anne, wondering about Anne, and so forth, plus being forced to rely on her for the other 10%. (Evidence: note how often the MC gets upset about Anne going to sleep when he's in the mood.) Others prefer matters to be more equitable. I think a lot more people would complain if all the MC's side action was forced.
This is another instance where I'm interpreting what I see in the game rather than speaking with any knowledge of the dev's master plan, but just as the game rewards the player for choosing a voyeur/cuckold route over a swinging route, the game also rewards the player with a whole pile of additional sexual content if Anne starts cheating. Anne's displeasure over the MC cheating remains in the game, as does her displeasure when he tries to put the cat back in the bag. To me, that's a story that was always meant to go off the rails. I'm sure there will be ways to play and finish the game in which it won't, but they won't give you the most or the hottest sex scenes. In fact, by the end of the current version it's very, very clear that Anne's enjoying sex with others more than she is with the MC...not that they're having all that much of it these days. If, for example, you manage to weave your way to the MC/Anne anal scene, she not only doesn't appear to enjoy it all that much (and certainly nothing close to how much she enjoyed it with Drake) or the doctor, she spends a fair bit of that scene taunting him.
The walkthrough's only nominally useful now, especially as so much has changed under the hood.
Way past it, yes. If she's given permission to/pushed into having sex with Martin in the shower she will cheat with Martin (on multiple occasions), Drake, Troy, Marcus, the group on the beach, the doctor, Donny, Nicole, Ryan, and (as the revamp rather explicitly hints, and now shows if you're on a cuckolding path) Mike at the beach. Plus whatever you want to call the sex toy party. On that list, only the Ryan event can be avoided by the player via the MC, and at least one scene (the doctor) is forced cheating; I can't remember if Marcus is or not. I also suspect the game won't allow the MC to keep Anne away from Dre if you chose that path over Eric's, but that's still in the future.

Yeah, the game does kinda tell you that this will be Anne’s game, but I just didn’t realize to what extent until I got a bit further in. The ‘goal’ of the game seems to be for Anne to get as much cock as possible while the MC is just along for the ride. It would be great if Anne was the MC, but we’re playing from her husband’s POV and not hers. And while the cheating and cuck stuff might be a fetish for the dev, he has to realize that in terms of supporters, this particular theme isn’t all that popular, especially when we are playing a game in which the MC isn’t really getting as much action as his wife. I get that the gist of the game is wife sharing and the fact that the MC is turned on by voyeurism is prominent, but from a player perspective, it would be nice if we had a bit more action.

Again, I don’t know how relevant the walkthrough that was posted is, but it explicitly states that not only is Olivia available to fuck, but easy to do as well - yet there was no opportunity for me in my playthrough. The name Mia doesn’t pop up until Anne mentions that she wants to watch the MC fuck another woman. Her name pops up on the menu of possible girls you want to pursue, yet when we first meet her at the gym her name is never given - so I had no idea who that was. Like Segnbora said, opportunities for the MC may be locked behind a decision involving Anne and watching her/swinging with her, but it would be nice for the MC to get more solo opportunities. I guess I’m glad that the dev has given us glimpses of what Anne’s days are like while the MC is at work, because once MC gets his office job, his chances of hooking up go waaaay down. It would be pretty boring if we weren’t able to see what Anne was up to.
