And the Director is the one who usually hires the Editor, Camera and Technical Staff. There are many types of producers who do different things and mostly things that the Director really doesn't have the time to do because he is busy making the product.
Now the above applies to Hollywood and Television...
In Porn the producer is usually just someone (or some company like Vivid) who invested in the project so it could be made.


First off I'm pretty sure Kira wants to be a Director. There are actually quite a few Female Director/Producers in the porn industry these days and they are quite successful! The days where Men controlled the Industry are long gone. The Women now command the big bucks, Get more say on who or what they will do and because it is so cheap to buy a decent HD camera they direct and produce their own content for the most part.

i think someone should replay this game, so he could tell us Kira´s profession choice bc i don´t really know if she wants to be a director/producer. She does, however, arrange things with shooting the movies, making sure they get edited, writes some script. Kira is clearly on her way to get that shit done bc she sees a successful future for this family ... a naughty future, but i don´t judge that bc, as much as i love Ann, she doesn´t get anything done. FFS Max is paying the rent and she never asks herself, where does he get the money from. But that´s another topic.

You named 6 of the companies among the 1000s of Porn Studios....And most of them are more Distributors who make their own limited content to Distribute than Producers who make all the content released under their Label.

110 female directors ... that doesn´t surprise me considering the fact that one third of viewers are female. Doing the math: When there are 1000´s of porn studios, that number of female directors accounts for roughly 10% in leading roles. That does prove my point. And, i repeat myself here, i don´t care if it´s a male or female director, both can produce good and bad movies. Success doesn´t equal gender. Except when someone is a SJW or Feminazi.

Yes but the majority of those 1000 studios are owned by the females who started them as a vehicle to make their own films. Rachel Steel, MissaX, Tara Tainton, Ashley Fires just to name a few who did not appear on that list.
The business has changed dramatically from the days of Male (and Mob) Dominated industry. The few BIG studios all got their starts back when Porn was not only underground but in many states Illegal and run by the Mob.
The internet has changed all of that as the Girls now all run their own sites and make their own content for it.
A typical female makes about 800-1500 per scene working for someone else.
They make their own they make all the money and don't need to do things they don't want to do in a scene.
Some who continue to do scenes for other studios ask for directorial jobs as part of doing the contract.

You know, it could be fun to give us (Max) the oportunity to be a director too. To be able to choose which girls would star in the movies, pick a set and a script from a list available, and finally try to manage the girls to be more.. hum.. open to do certain scenes they wouldn't be interested in at first. :kissingheart:
Then act and follow the script and see if the movie is profitable. It would be like a mini-game within the game :angel:

Just a thought :cool:

I mean I just asked about my problem a view postes up but ok, every time I click new game I see the first scene for a split second and then the screen goes black and then I cant do anything but close the game.
