You need to download all 3 chapters (= 3 archives) to play the complete game. The chapters are now separate standalones.

I appreciate what you said/typed, but, and I don't want to be stickler, didn't I say most of what you said, only less detailed? If you read the particular post you referenced you'll see that I do take into account all the effort TheGary (and his team) have put into this update. I also said that it was a bit of a disappointment, not a complete one. The only point I criticized was that there may have been a slight miscommunication/misunderstanding about what the word 'big' meant. That for some people, the word 'big' as used in conjunction with 'update', was interpreted as meaning a large amount of content. Keep in mind, that most people here didn't know what this update would entail, at all, before it was published after two months. Without knowing that TheGary was planning to include an entire(ly) new environment, people logically, perhaps foolishly, assumed that a big update meant a lot of content.
Most people have no clue whatsoever how big of a challenge it is to create a game as great as this one, at all! I have, over the past 3 years gained a good amount of insight on how both Unity and Ren'py work but I still wouldn't be able to create a game that anyone here wouldn't puke on, literally. The same goes for most of the members and non-members here as well, I assume (with some confidence, please no 'ass and me'-comments
).If you read back my most recent posts on this thread you'll see I have complimented TheGary (and his team) on multiple occasions, because I think this is an awesome game and that the developer is a figurative 'diamond in the rough'.
Anyway I digress, I think we agree about (almost) everything and that there may have been a slight misunderstanding about what I meant when I criticized TheGary. I apologize.
Finally, let me reiterate what I said in a previous post, 'let's hope it only gets better from here on out' (as it always has with The Gary).

It's still big actually, but f96zonetrooper is right - a lot of the work seems to have gone into fixing and improving the back end code.
There are two types of programmers - the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" type and the "if it can be better, it should be better" type. For better or worse, Gary falls into the latter category. Now, I haven't spoken to him in a few months and have only taken a cursory glance at the code, but I can guess what happened - splitting the chapters required him to dive into the code and once he was there, he got lost in his own head and started re-writing a lot of things that weren't broken, but could be improved (as it often happens when one examines their own code after a while). And all of a sudden two months doesn't feel nearly as long as it was supposed to be.
My points is this: I was a top tier patron of Gary's for a long time and I know how much effort he puts into CMA each month. So while I strongly disagree with most of the choices he made for 0.13, I would never question the amount of work that went into it, whether it's visible (graphics, events, etc.) or not (back end code).

Wait wait... the second chapter (The disciplinarian) is included in 0.11.1 isn't? I played that chapter.. But uncle doesnt appeared. :O

No, there are lots of other ways. In Chapter 1 you're more on the receiving end yet you can do quite a lot of things. Check the walkthrough when in doubt

I havent played since version 0.7.2. What do I need to download to continue playing where I left off and play through all available content? Is chapter 3 enough?

Chapter 3 is a stand alone. To continue from 0.7 download 0.11 from the Patreon page or from the first page here
That might be misleading since all links were updated to
- chapter 1
- chapter 2
- chapter 3 Eoisode 1
There are no longer links for 0.11.x.
It should depend on progress inside the game where to continue :
- Until and including the Island -> chapter 1.
- The new yacht after the Island -> chapter 2.
- The new (office) content -> chapter 3.
