"Cute old men" huh? I guess it depends on the context.
In real life, movies and even anime, younger people sometimes kindly or jokingly call those older than themselves "that old dude", "old geezer", "old lady", etc, even though that person may just be 30-40-50 years old. Again, it depends on the context. "Cute" isn't the word I'd use but some dilfs can look pretty attractive.

at the intro part where you see a guy in front of the hutt, it freezes

The freezing is actually the game loading the girls models (yes, the game is not that well designed, optimization-wise).
just wait for about a minute or so and it will fix itself.

Don't have anything else running and don't touch anything when it freezes, it might eventually start working again. On my old computer loading screens (on the other game) would become unresponsive all the time.
Options in the main menu has some basic graphics settings, not sure they'll help much though.

If you didn't like Fairy Picturebook you won't like this. It's pretty much the same game, but with no combat.

When your just standing around all you can do is move the girls around, or mess with their clothes up. To get to the groping pick rest and to stay, after the meal you should have the option of to H which is where the action happens.

So do I just copy and paste all the files from each DLC folder into the original data file one at time or just drop the folders into the game as is?

Look back here, the files from the DLCs DATA_FILES folders go in the matching game folder. Either by moving the files over from one to the other, or merging the two folders should work.
