It looks like some quality work but unlike previous MrDots games I really struggled to move forward in this one. I do not like his sister. Deceptive, emotionally manipulative, and kind of a bitch. Not a big fan of her mother either. Maybe it's because the story is better written than most ero games but I was getting frustrated.

"Who should I call first?"

The mother fucking airport to get a ticket the fuck out of there, that's who.

Well it is a MrDots game so if I give it a few more episodes it will probably redeem itself in mine eyes.

Imo you are jumping to conclusions here too.

You don't know what happened with her boyfriend. After all she was conflicted about canceling with her brother, she didn't really want to visit her boyfriend and afterwards she said she shouldn't have done it. The dialogue is probably intentionally left ambiguous about this. Usually a woman wouldn't be like "With what happened I shouldn't have met him", after spending the night and having sex with her boyfriend. So I'd assume something different must've happened.

On that note I do think the ending of the episode is the weakest part. Canceling on your brother to see your boyfriend whom you haven't seen in a couple of months is ok, but I don't know anybody who would just stop doing what they are doing and start getting ready for their date, without giving the brother a headsup first, that seemed very unrealistic behaviour just to create a conflict between the two of them. Are ppl. here really saying they think its ok to cancel plans with somebody without telling them and maybe even asking them whether its ok?
Then the mc get's worried about his sister for not coming home, even though there is a perfectly good reason for it. And she also isn't the most responsible person, so not showing up for work in time, kinda fits.

We're probably in for some heroic rescue mission at the start of ep2, can't wait
One thing that has become quite obvious is that the sister has a tendency to act on the spur of the moment without considering all the ramifications or the feelings of others too highly, plus she requires a bit of maintenance.

And, that's representative of something I really like about SL: out of the gate, many of the characters have flaws, even the ones whom I would tend to like more - these are imperfect people. The sister was acting consistent with her prior demonstrated behaviors when she was about to leave without first asking her brother if it was OK (since she had promised dinner, that is).

One thing setup by this first, rather large, installment is that we should probably expect to develop love/hate for many of these characters as the story begins to wind up more deeply. Except for maybe the "The Boss" (i.e., Brodie's father), most of the characters seem to have more than one dimension and inner conflicts are evident for each.

In DMD, the Rachel redemption path is an example of bringing more life into a character and forcing us to confront highly imperfect people, plus our emotional reactions to them at different points in their arc.

In Melody, a similar situation arose for the MC's ex-wife.

But in SL, almost every character has inner conflicts with which to deal. That's setting the ground for a great deal of conflict, contention and drama. SL is already far more subtle than the prior two games and I believe we'll see a more complexity in both the game's story and our feelings for these characters over time.

I wouldn't call Aeroflot just yet comrade... We all can point to at least one person in our lives that fit the mold for the MC's sister love her or hate her she is real in the sense that she has issues. Not some Boob sprouting ingenue without a brain. Her mother is also relatable in that she is impulsive, easily bored, self absorbed, hedonistic, and manipulative... (Whats not to like) so hop on the Black Sheep Bandwagon. Seriously how BAAAAAAAAAAD can it get?

Damn... Thats a lot of story and content for a first relase. Lots of characters as well... Sadly it can get pretty boring here and there and i hope buliding the hotel will bring in something more. Not a boring as Melody was with all that music crap but the story is streched out a bit for sure.
Also so far all the girls are not really interesting or "likeable" for me. Except for "sis"´s mom, she looks good with her glasses and since incest has failed so far with all the half-sis half-aunt half-anything crap a little age-play with a mature woman and a young MC might work out. Besides the bit of over-dramatic story, renders and gameplay are great and for a first release really outstanding. Guess there will be enough surprises over time (y)

If that sort of stuff is what you like it is none of my business, you do you, but that is what the tags are for right? So people know what kind of content a game has?
What tag does that fall under. “MC Female Has a Prior BF You have to Steal Her From”? There really isn’t a tag for which you speak. If there is, let me know.

Exactly! Women are flawed in real life and I think the characters development is something very cool about the game. You're not just fucking random girls, but deeply interacting with them, improving the gaming experience a lot in my opinion.

NO! Me no like when female characters in a game are something more than one-dimensional dolls who jump onto mc's dick and propose their everlasting love the second they met him. Me no like that! Too hard to comprehend! Bad man writer - bad. Evil bad man game - bad, me no like it! grrrr

Why I didn't encounter the scene where ashley is showing her boobs & twins were in bikini (as shown in the first page)?

Where did I play wrong?

Some of the 'PEEPING' scenes or 'DOUGHNUT' scenes, can only be accessed by taking the side paths

Girls drags you down to a place to fix her business up for her while she goes off and sleeps with people has a pretty obvious tag.

Also I forgot to write it in my first post but I appreciate the effort put in with the non incest patch writing so the dialogue actually makes sense, another plus for the game.

Side paths? What are those?

A side path is where you choose one or another of the different answers to a question or situation (usually 3 or 4 choices available) you can then use the mousewheel to scroll back and select one of the other choices.

Guess I missspoke, I know what a sidepath is, I just didnt think there were any in this game so far. So I wondered if I had missed anything. I just thought about it in a slightly bigger scale than choosing an answer and having the next 3 lines beeing different.

But the answer from Irgendwie Irgendwo already cleared it up for me.
