Sorry if I'm a little late, but this fix works fine for all the games I've tested except AA1. The framerate issue is fixed in AA1, but, uh, the characters' heads aren't where they should be. Only the 2D effects like eyes and blushes are where they should be, but the head itself is off to the side and it's absolutely petrifying.
This isn't really the thread for this, but a fix that works is this one. It was originally posted on AS by ever17.

It was originally meant for AA2, but works with for AA1 as well. Ignore everything else in the zip and just copy "d3d9_ALT.dll" into the main folder. Be sure to rename it to "d3d9.dll"

Same, couldn't get AA1 working either with the new .dll so I just got the pocket edition instead. Was gonna skip it but heard its pretty close to the original?

You need to put an old DirectX dll on game folder, search for fix on this topic.

Has anyone an idea how to combine the fps fix of Voodoo and the subtitle mod of "fpsfix"-folder?

I need both "d3l9-dll"s from both folder but I can't just rename them.

EDIT:
Now I have the fps fix and the subtitle mod. Problem solved.
You replace the dll in your WIN64 folder with the Voodoo-dll.
After that you can place the dll subtitle mod in your gaming folder.

Anyone having issues with their mouse sensitivity? I have it on normal and it still moves fast as if I have it set to faster.

I have copied both the dll's and subtitles.txt, disabled my second monitor but on hitting play RL or subs, i get a black window for 2 seconds which then quits and the game never starts, on deleting the dlls the game starts but runs at 4-5 fps, please help
