Okay well since the subject has come up and no one seems to be getting banned over it, I'm gonna drop my take on the look of the character models. I'm sure you're all very excited to hear what the rando has to say.
I think we're all used to fucking supermodels in AVNs, and that's great. I love fucking supermodels in AVNs. But what I've noticed with this game is that the fact that they're not exactly traditionally beautiful makes the player approach their relationship with them in a different way. I was a little iffy about them myself at first, but the writing in this game is SO GODDAMN GOOD, you guys. It really really is excellent. I found myself developing an emotional connection to the daughters (wards, whatever) pretty quickly and, the more attached to them I felt, the more I started to find them physically attractive as well.
You ever start dating someone and they're cute I guess, whatever... but then you really start to get close to them and maybe even fall in love with them, and you realize holy shit, this person is fucking gorgeous, how did I never notice this before? That's this game. You'll fall in love with the girls, then you'll see the beauty in the character models. Put aside your porn game prejudice and just try it. Trust the rando on the internet.
