These two words are not exactly the same.Always glad to see more femdom. As a German I am also glad you went for Kaiserin instead of Führerin.
Without going into detail, it can be said that "Kaiser" was first an electoral and later hereditary title. This one was based on the loyalty of the local political leaders to one of their own. "Führer" on the other hand, means only the leader of a group. The meaning of the word was distorted by the Nazi era. Therefore it won't make sense to use the later one, in order to descripe the leader of an empire.
The word recreation KaiserinReich doesn't make sense at all, because it's gramatically nonsense - 1. There can't be a capital letter in the middle of any word. 2. the gramatical gender is incorrect. 3. The existing word Kaiserreich is plural, your word recreation is singular.
Even Google Translator can translate it more suitable.

Nevertheless it's your decision to use it. - Don't use words, just because you like it, at least try to use them correctly.
Loading doesn't work for me once you leave the game ("I can't find a save slot named 'A'! "), and you can only load just after saving or when you reload the game ... so let's say save/load are basically useless (even in online version)

I like html with real porn pics, if for no other reason than updates dropping faster since they require no artist.

I would say you are overthinking things here. It's obviously an alternative world, so personally I am fine with word creations like that.

Obviously the dev can name their project whatever they want.
That said, if I came across a game called EmpressRealm I'd consider that just as silly.

I don't get why the developer didn't build this the same way every other HTML game is built? I mean I get that this is new to them but even something as easy as twine would've been way be better than whatever they used.

There you go. In German Kaiserreich (literally Emperorrealm) is a proper term though. So yeah I cut him some slack with Kaiserinreich.

In German Donaudampfschiffahrtsgesellschaftskapitän also is a proper noun, that doesn't mean the direct English translation would make any sense.
If anything it ought to be Kaiserinnenreich, which still sounds a bit weird. Reich der Kaiserin, on the other hand, has a nice ring to it.
So, what is the delay on the public builds? Because being unable to save is just... absolutely terrible.

I believe I've fixed the issue with images. There is a new downloadable version of the HTML, if placed in the same folder along with the "Game images" folder it should work.
What am I supposed to do? Where am I supposed to go? I blindly clicked on places until everything was purple while having no idea where I am because of the hilariously dumb navigation system. Did you REALLY have to try and reinvent the fucking cardinal points in a porn game? lol
