This game really needs a better way to navigate the area's. I keep getting lost or losing my way or just have no clue where I am. An interactive map would be appreciated if the game ever makes it out of limbo, and maybe less confusing names of area's.

the game does have a map that shows where everything is. actually if you take the parcel job, you figure out where most things are really fast

Yeah I found the map, but you're missing the part where I said interactive map.
I'd like to click on the location I want to go and fast travel there.

As for the other part and you think I'm "missing" I disregarded it, because that would break a fundamental mechanic of the game. The game tracks your movement for your stress, arousal, random events, weariness, and hunger (also I might be forgetting some things in there). The point is, you can't "speed" through it because stuff happens that is going to impact and have things occur that is going to change whether you can even GET to where you want from where you are.

TL;DR: You can't have an interactive map because it would require revamping most of the mechanics in the game. If you go that far, its not even a game anymore since it would just be a weird sandbox that you float around in forever.

Meh. The walking around and getting lost is an unnecessary time sink and having fast travel won't break the game. They could introduce a static exhaustion penalty for using it or a variable one based on distance. If there are events that trigger in the streets then that can be fixed with a quest tracker. i.e Go to this location to progress the quest. It's not hard to do and plenty of games have done this before.

This game is abandoned. There was a lot of good and bad stuff, but now there's no point mentioning that.

I've heard it said that it was on hiatus (though I believe that's just false hope)
I just thought to mention the poor navigation system in the event the dev does pick it up again.

5-8 questions do not have the correct answer

About the exam questions at the parcel station: You will be unable to pass it if your mind stat (intelligence) is too low. For example, the question "What are the cardinal directions?" will only show you answers left and right, or up and down, which are both wrong. So you need to increase your mind stat first which is difficult.
The only way I have found out so far is to buy and wear clothes that boost your mind albeit that may not be enough. Alternatively, you may have to start over with a character who you assign a high mind stat to.

So in case anyone is still reading this: Playing the most recent version 0.5395, how do you proceed with the fortune teller at the gypsi camp? She demands you to bring her back a fouled (aka cummed on) shoe but that shoe seems nowhere to be found. I even peeked in the sourcecode that looked like some other person should show up in the gypsi camp but does not. So perhaps that is broken?

Too bad this game got abandoned, it is a marvellous fantasy world but only around 10 percent finished, plus suffering from nasty mechanical flaws.

It's not even 10%, which is what I think is frustrating to dash and why he gave up. Too much ambition, not enough support or resources to make it work when working with real porn and images. I do believe you hit the end of the line with the shoe thing, I believe that was to be done later, but yeah. I think you hit what you can do on that line.

I know the game is abandoned, but in the event Dashfire reads this, maybe you would have better luck rebooting the game on the RPGM engine. Twine is notorious for being difficult to work with.

This must be an amazing game! Heard it back when I started, a year ago, but didn't pay attention due to no images. But honestly, a text-based form is the only conduit if you want true choice, Mr. Anderson. Harshville, and this.

I just read the prologue/tutorial to this game (and immediately mentions chastity, thanks for including the tag in your list, Aseratrix !), and now I have some thoughts to ponder. Role reversal is all fine and more, but what I'd like to target would be the argument that women in the 19th century suffered due to oppression.

I wouldn't deny that there were proud women made to submit due to cultural mores. What I take issue with is that such proud women were sufficient in number. And another counter-argument - being proud and stupid doesn't warrant you a good standing, in my book. Thus, it is the proud and intelligent women who would have the ethical right to complain. And what is their number?

I for one am no aristocrat and no politician myself, but I cannot bother putting myself in the shoes of a dumb person, because he doesn't deserve better anyway. Dumb & proud women do not deserve pity because they crave to ruin society just as much as dumb & proud men do.

Intelligent & proud women are like a dozen in a century. Case in point - Savitri Devi. So proud, was almost hanged in occupied Germany. So intelligent, didn't have an issue with the misogyny of the Japanese for whom she was spying. But such people are too intelligent to care about their own fate, so the point is moot.

(Sorry for the politics, but I felt like responding to the tutorial idea of educating the male about the patriarchy. I just view oppression as a tool, sometimes useful, other times not.)

Of all the places in the world, I would not expect Savitri Devi to be mentioned under a post like this.... wow

As often mentioned the game idea is great but the mechanics are somewhat flimsy and even partially broken.
Thus, I have taken the liberty to put together a restored cheat stand-alone version, I like to call it:

*** Admirer's edition ***

It features the following:

- Based on the last version before abandonment (0.5395). Note that somewhere in the gypsi camp the game falls apart content-wise.
- Links to most referenced images have been corrected. They should now load for about 95 % of them (All that I came across).
- Some minor fixes I forgot about.
- delivery exam answers are included in a text file.
- Map is included as a PNG file, very useful to move around.

Since I find the game way too frustruating to go through, I have also applied cheats in the code:

- money cheat is forced: you will start with 1000000 dams.

- Other cheats are optional: They are activated by going to the latrines next to the Piss Court.
- Activate Cheats by jacking off in the Latrines This will max out most relevant stats for the game thus making gameplay more relaxed (as it should be after jacking off..).

Also to note:
- For some reason starting the game through the tutorial will change some stats values including chastity which denies you from jacking off in the latrines.
- You can play around with additional changes in the html file, e. g. find the string "STATS HAVE BEEN SET TO MAX" (always make a backup first!) and change values. It is all pretty straight forward. I presume that saved games are simply appended to the game html file, keep that in mind.

It's a pity the development for this game stopped. It was an interesting setting. There was even potential for some kind of maledom/role reversal teased in the "lore". I liked it, despite the fact it used real pornography, which I typically do not like.
