Wow where to start. Well for your first question, most of the scenes involving you is text based (and very detailed) but there is a lot of graphic pornographic content in the game. The game is still very much alpha but that in no way means there's not enough content to keep you sated. It is quite a deep game and difficult but if your interested in the content genre I would definitely give it a go. There are a number of bugs but as I've mentioned the game is still under construction but the dev has put an emphasis on building the frame work and ironing out bugs.
I agree if you can look past its devolpmental issues and bugs I think there is a quality game to be had. The devolper means well and is trying to create a fun game. That being said I wont sink more then $60 on its development because its not better then a AAA game.
Hmm. Try going to the hospital and see if there's anything that can be done for you, ether with the doctors help or see what they can sell you. You could probably use the cheat menu to help.
Did you download the resource packs to go along with the HTML file?
It may not be in the game yet, I don't know. I only remember Lilly mentioning (in the prologue) that the modifications are available in the medical district. I haven't actually gone in search of them yet.
The "Patreon" version is at the $1 level and is simply an early release of the "Public" version. The "Cheats" version contains the extra cheat coding and is at the $10 level. $10/month is way too expensive for cheats in my opinion.
