Two ways as far as I know. Karryn gains sensitivity the more you have sex, orgasming too often without decent way to regen energy is a good way to lose. And you can also lose stamina, either by performing certain actions non stop or being under bliss effect or again, sensitivity. I once got one shotted by a goblin, who went for Karryn's ass and dealt 2000+ stamina damage with crit. Pretty sure for those numbers you will need high level opponents, though.
Idk why you talking about bar scene cause my Karen taken by guards to her room and they have fun with her.
both times that i got defeated they toke carryn to the bar storage in my playthrough so i though it was the only end when you end up without energy. didnt know that was also a posibility for that reason.
There's two versions, Goblin and Guard. Goblin is like bar ending but it's goblin dicks instead of human. Guard ending is the same as losing to those guys who bet they can cum on you if you don't beat them up
Is your confidence at 100%? I know she will have more sensitivity if she has high confidence. Lose a battle to reset it to zero, hope this helps.
Yeah I thought I read somewhere that DEX is now a part of the formula on how much damage is dealt but couldn't find an actual reference anywhere. So I guess both dealing and receiving more PLEASURE is just a part of the games new and intended balance?
In very simple terms, DEX is the offensive part and END the defensive part. That is why, Ninja Dudes do insane pleasure Damage if you don't have very high END.

Or get the skill/edict 'Resist Orgasm' in the willpower tree. It requires you to have 3 EP at some point, so you have play on easy or have the starter perk that can transfer one edict point (or mod/cheat). This will allow you (with some endurance) to only orgasm after >200% pleasure (= always multiple orgasms if you want).
I've actually found the thing I was talking about previously; once I've remembered the correct phrasing, locating it was pretty easy.
As suggested, upping the guard stats and using endurance reduction items helps, tied with the resist orgasm skill and you shouldnt have a problem. Slimes can be a good asset as well when they are, uh, occupying all of Karryns holes. When they ejaculate it'll take priority over Karryns orgasm, thus you can stack pleasure.
