Looks like to me you have to hit all the 6 Targets the amount listed.
I counted 6 targets in your picture and 6 targets are listed so just shoot the arrow 3 times for the next target and then 4 > 4 > 4 4 times each and then the objective should be complete.
Haven't played this in awhile as I've been waiting for more updates and content but that's what it looks like you need to do.
Since you mentioned you shot all the targets try again with each target and see if the Journal updates if it does then start from that target and keep going from there.

Dialog for the slave trader seems bugged!, I had to Alt+f4 to exit game after talking to him because none of the dialog buttons seemed to work!.
The 2 options both highlight and darken when pressed or selected but it does not advance the dialog, just stays on the same line which is the first thing he says!. "Something about his head not being in the right place or something"

Press "Escape" and click the "Save" button. It's disabled during animation scenes and some quests.
If you want to load a save that has progress, you can click Load Game -> Yes. If you want to load yours, then select "No, load my save" option.

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\LocalLow\FlyRenders\Vikings Daughter
Some info is also stored in your Registry but not save data so you don't have to look at that.
For future reference for other Unity Based games you'll find your saves in the LocalLow folder followed by who makes it or the name of the game.
If not the saves would be inside the game folder just look for the word Save or Saves or Save Data

Id suggest restarting your last save or load the developer save from the menu Load Game -> Yes.
Nope nobody there, your game i know, but been around the beach around 20 times.
I you are referring to the slave that is captured, that you can set free.(two tents and a cage)
Then there is no clue to that it is the same slave.
Other that her, there is nobody.
