I really need a gameplay guide for this. Of course not to learn how to engage in sex with the girls but for how which action/position changes which status of the girls. The first HS was more obvious with it's color coding for the positions. At least there are bars for dependency and broken.

It's possible through some serious modding, but it won't look good with the clashing art styles.
It was never in Chinese, it's Japanese. Also, yes, it still uses the machine translation because there is no hand translation to add.
These games actually barely use the GPU, it's the RAM that they rely on.
Extract it using WinRAR or 7zip, then copy them into the mods folder.
Use a different source.
Put the mod files in the proper folder. Zipmod in the mods folder, dll in BepInEx. Any mod in the optional mods folder should be set up so that the folder inside the folder with the mod name is the top most folder in the folder tree, so you could just copy that and place it where you find it outside the optional mods folder.
Most of my compatible cards are in my AI Shoujo UserData, anyway. I only have the repack supplied cards in my HS2 UserData.
No, you must add the sideloader folders inside to the mods folder where the exe is.
There is no such mod, yet.
Illusion, couldn't care less, last time Patreon modders were hit was Fakku with no authorization from Illusion that anyone could find evidence of. Illusion's stance on modding has always been to let it be, they're stance on piracy, however, is a different story entirely.
I'm not sure VMDs are compatible at all this time around.

Nopy is where its at man, I never have issues with them. Mega is alright but for me it isnt even that much faster than Nopy from what I've noticed

I'm using this "DropMeFiles" right now, since the updates didn't work for me. It seems to be very decent for a free download site. About as fast as Nopy.

To be fair, however helpful that gdoc might be, it's really cumbersome to be ALT-Tabbing all the time to check all the confusing myriad variations in that enigma machine of a dating puzzle that Illusion passes off as gameplay.
I'm with herbstpoet on this, until some kind soul makes some sort of walkthrough mod that gives you in-game hints to navigate that ridiculous system, i'm sticking to cheats.

Rockstar Games literally didn't care (and actively promoted) the GTA:V PC (single player) modding scene, but that didn't stop Take2 Interactive from filing a cease and desist against the group that was creating Open IV. They have since backtracked on that dumbass decision, but the point still stands; even if Illusion doesn't care, that doesn't mean Fakku (who are in charge of publishing the title outside of Japan) will have the same hands-off attitude.

That plus what dependence actually does or how to lower the broken or denpendence bar is nowhere explained. And in the previous game it was clear when one stat was maxed by the text (love, hate, horny, slave) being no longer white but pink and the icon changed. After playing a short time I got the "love maxed" achievement but the character stats still looked the same.
