The policewoman is near a booth (????). If you mean a hut with a dog and dog kennel then this is Jada.
Did you start from scratch and old saves don't work?

Yes. And I started the game with v.5.3.1. But previous saves also work for me.

After cleaning the room in the medical center, the event with the nurse should start automatically. Or you could have left any items in your backpack. You must return them to their place. Try to start the game with version v.5.3.1. I have everything working.

I used "continue" instead of "load" and the Jada scene now works. Might make all the difference folks.

Yup this dev guy seems in very tough situation, which also happened to most people... well at least here in my country too. Hopefully he'll make good money with the game cause tbh his 3d arts and how the scenario going is promising, with further improvement he can reach NLT media level imho.
