Yes, there are definitely content additions from Bld5.4 to Bld6.2. To get an idea, you can look at the walkthrough I made. I tried to indicate when each build ended so you can see what comes after that version.

Abandoned? Pity. The renders are really good, unlike the majority of Daz games with same-ish face and uncanny valley. I might give this a shot.

TBF, the dev in the past has disappeared for over a year — multiple times — before having an update suddenly appear. Still, like you say, it's been 2 years now. I'd keep watching the thread just in case a miracle happens, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
