How do i properly install the 7.5 patch? whenever i replace the files and boot up the game i get a loading error.

Did you decrypted the images at some point? If yes, you need to decrypt again.

Update is actually great. The only one thing is that it's lacking interactive sex scenes. If you take that away, it's one of the best updates of the game so far, both the original and revamp included

However if you keep it with just with this game alone with the exception of the revamp and the old Pussy fights update that is actually quite a bit of time. BON with the original used to do monthly updates, and when the revamp started used to do weekly updates in the beginning in the hope of getting the game back to where it was quickly until it changed back to a monthly thing again.

His animations have really improved over the past year or so. Textures, lighting, frames, poses, body deformation and imitation physics. I'm not a huge fan of some of the aesthetic changes but his skills have definitely grown.
