A simple solution would have been a fast start option. Rachel does not intersect as much with the other girls, we could have been given an option to start the Red Maiden over again but keep all other progress not hinging on it. Maybe even answer questions to see where we were in the other storylines.
I love this fucking game, but we now live in a scenario where only the new player will have a legit game experience. Even people who won't cheat will use guides, it's the only way to play now and preserve exact progress, nobody can be expected to memorize how to trigger every scene from months ago. A fast start scenario is the best solution since the gallery was needed but the current scenario only encourages the vast majority to change code and unlock the gallery.
And they won't go back to playing again after that. Even if it takes time and effort, the fast start would be worth it to preserve a player base that can move forward.

I made a small patch that seemed to work for me but haven't had the time to test the full game yet.

Edited file for full gallery unlock. If things are fixed in the next update, won't be doing this again. Here's hoping for a real solution at some point.

I would also advise, that when you're done talking to the old man and payed off your debt the game freezes on his picture and you cant move on, the only way around it is to skip to the weekend
