I opened up the same save file in v0.6 and everything is there.
I think this is a bug.
I updated my game from v0.6 to v0.7 and it still says I've reached the end of all routes, any help? I tried the patch and a whole new download and neither work

I really like the story on this one so far, the character development is also nice (not too rushed, not TOO slow either and its actually meaningful), the characters (appeareance-wise) and the renders are gorgeous
But boy, do i hate missing scenes due to "routes" ~ routes gotta be the worst thing to ever happen to porn games
That said, and since i dont see anyone posting this bug (apologies if i missed it), i encountered this blackscreen/missing file when Theo is reminiscing the previous night ~ the whole screen is black in that moment so i just screenshot'd the corner (you just click and the event keeps goign, it doesnt get stuck or anything, its just like its a missing file or wrongly named so the game doesnt find it)

The only thing I didn't like in this update was having to choose between two Senning scenes. I was disappointed Rachel part was short but Theodora made up for it, so no complaints. I also enjoyed slice of life harem scenes.
I think backgrounds for patreon rewards is a great idea. Most devs create wallpapers for higher tiers but these are more visible.
PSA: Interactions you unlock have additional options, they aren't just repeats of plot scenes.

There is a Senning nightclub scene and Senning thighjob scene. I selected nightclub and that grayed out the other scene. I assume I will also be able to choose the other when I can advance Senning's love 5 more. But as of right now I can only choose one.
