I think these guys having problems playing the game either applied only one patch (or none at all) or is using an old save to play this newest version. They are making the same mistake I did last week. 
Is there any content after school trip? And how can i complete student ID and construction worker quests?
Student ID and Construction worker ones are not finished and are still WIP I believe.

Here is a short guide how to navigate through the Free Roam for 0.6.11
If you've finished the camp events and have returned to the city there should be a small event where you get to talk to miss. Kazuki inside the classroom, the first time you interact with her, she will act like she has always treated you before camp. After that, you have to wait until it is in the afternoon, go to the third floor and you will see her in the corridors but only if you haven't interacted with anyone else, an event will trigger(she will get secretly groped by Takeshi while she is being consulted by 2 female students) if you talk to her and that is event 1 Free Roam for miss Kazuki, at this point you cannot interact with anyone else as you've used up your interaction "tokens" for the day.
Event two should occur once you talk to her again the next day. (your "tokens" get recharged everytime you sleep in your bed.)
She will be called to the principals office to discuss a certain matter with the principal. She will end up talking to Takeshi about it.
For Satoshi, you can start his 1 event chain after doing 1 event with miss Kazuki first. you just need to interact with him in the morning first priority. (He ends up contacting A mystery person.)
Same goes for Shizuru, you can start her 1 event chain after doing 1 event with miss Kazuki first. (She invites Takeshi for dinner at her place.)
After that you have finished the FREE ROAM, congratulations.
Since there's no more persons and events to interact with, YES you cannot sleep anymore on your bed because you basically need to have used up at least one "token" to do so.
Also I found I had to start again when my saves had issues since the last time I played this was version 3.13, which is annoying for an RPG Maker game having to redo everything you already did in previous versions. I can handle it in a Renpy game but an RPG Maker when you have to run around a lot is frustrating.
If you have the time to redo it I think there's some new things added which weren't there before but I think it's just a pantie flash.
However if you don't have the time to redo it and mostly want to get to the latest content, to save the time for those who were fans of the previous version, I've attached my save which is Day 2 of the camp after you have slept with Shizuru the first time so you can continue on from where you left off if you finished version 3 and save you the 3 hours it took me to get there.
Just unzip and put in the save folder and open Save 93.
I never played 4.0 so I don't know where that left off, but I made a lot of saves so I can try to find one close to where that finished if anyone wants it and can tell me what happened so I can find one.
Latest content I think is really worth the wait though, want to congratulate cedr777 on a job well done.

So I've never played this game but I'm interested to do so. My question is: Do I need to download the newest version AND the patches? Do I need both patches? Just want to make sure because I don't know if said patches are already in the game when I download them.

The cheating content can be avoid? And is angaist my character or is my character who fuck wifes and girlfriends? And the last question this game is multi protagonist? Sorry if my english is wrong
Used the GPS(Phone) to come to school. After school, you need to go to downtown to continue the main story, but I have no phone anymore. I can't move locations using area borders either, so I'm stuck here.

im getting a black screen, in the middle of the Takeshi scene with the random girl in the middle of the night (the one where he turns into a sex zombie.
I had to apply the 6.1 patch for that scene, and then re-patch with 6.11.
Used my old version 4 save before the end of the camp stuff, but I never receive a phone after leaving my apartment. Anyone have a save for that time or fix?
SOLVED : I download the Patch 0.6.11 and it worked. Currently I have a black screen during a "Tent Event" later in the gamesame problem

Honestly, seeing all of the games that use koikatsu makes me wonder if it's legal.
Though, considering it hasn't been taken down, I guess it's either legal or the devs just haven't seen it yet.

Okay, just replayed all and I liked the updated besides the Satoshi sidestory, I think I did everything besides that password door, whats behind there? Just curiosity.
Also, after finishing Kazuki sidestory she disappear from class, is she available or no?

Happening for me too, I tried the latest patches (6.12 & 6.13) in the Patreon page and it fixed the background image in the classroom.
I applied them in that following order.
EDIT: looks like there's another 6.14 Patch, looks like it fixes missing items now.
