1) what kind of events are (still) in the game?
I think I remember various events in the TV studio in earlier versions, but somehow I can't seem to get there anymore.
Same with the dream events, now I only get the same dream event with the police girl over and over again, I think in earlier version I had more events in the dreamworld.
2) from the changelog above:
TV, train and escalator events have different variations depending on the suit equipped and weather outside
I never got any train or escalator event, what are the triggers there?
TV I only got the white suit event on the weather report when it's raining.

There are other parts of cloth as well.
For the other questions, yes most things are reduced to what the changelos says.
Game has less playable content, because its more or less a startover.
Dev adds those events we had in pre alpha .10 in others ways or completely leave them out.
He did a lot in the background for future updates.
So we can only hope to get more content with 0.30

What about the park, I see there is some thugs or some exhibitionist girl near the toilets from time to time, but I can never go there. So I guess that's also something to come?

currently nothing drops, its only the text, nothing else to do at the game show currently.
will be more in the future i guess. same goes for the weather forcast.
check the recoll room for things you can do.
and yes park is something to come to.
not really much content now, guess from 0.5 upwards you will have more content and
story lines that will be complete.

it seems like there is a bug with wardrobe. When I put on laced panties it displays blue underwear. When I put blue underwear it displays nothing equipped at all. And basicly i don't know what to do. I put black suite with laced stockings on quiz days and ratings fall. I put white suite on rainy days and rating raise. I can't do enything in evening. and dream world seems to have only 1 scene. Is it all content there is available so far?
so far i am not able to unlock any H event. Does any1 has any tutorial or the game really lack of content right now.

So updated the game to the most reason version which as of this post is 25.2 and went to purchase the clothes from the desiree shop for the quiz show at the tv station and apparently there is a whole new section to purchase clothing in the shop but I run around the store clicking on everything and no new section. Anybody able to tell me where this new clothing section is.
Most recent is .3
And I hope you used the Desire Shop at the mall with the TV station.

Me too. Original was one of my favorite games. Just starting to explore comments to see about this one. I'm a bit puzzled how a Dev who already created a game is spending so much time on functionality / programming and bug-fixes. But, hey, its been a long time since I've coded so maybe things have changed.

It would help but its not really necessary. Though, you would only be doing yourself a disservice in my opinion. The last game was a masterpiece.
