Issue with Andrey, sleeping with him after first time(when he lives with you) causes the see sperm to trigger and he moves out. Maybe in future you can add a sperm id so characters won't be pissed when they see their own sperm.

If the dev see's these forums, only see patreon, but no other forum site with this game.

I think issue with patch and game is that Andrey or Andrei wasn't good character as NPC.
Developer could utilize town based NPCs or somewhere random occurrence NPC who had sex with player.
I think also what annoyed me is that university sucked really bad.
Food for example -> wasn't really well thought of she could eat lot and I mean 4x and gain not as much weight.
Sharmwa I had look it up is small pita- with meat/veggies/ wrap. So picture and description didn't do it justice.
Back to Andrei/Andrey bug out after first call up? Diary was very buggy.
She would get too hungry for too much action, walking made her hungry/ no places to find vehicle. Taxi and bus, I think if map did exist it might make easier understand where everything is.
Taxi was fastest move around but bus player was never molested. Even when I upgraded her character to skintight pants.

Job options I had no idea what were available because she looked at them but never retained them only one I remembered was art nudist posing one and No stay for longer to talk to artist?

It looks like you need to start developing your own game but with blackjack and whores.
