So this might be a dumb question ,
But is the optional stuff only for studio ?
Or are their some files in the optional sideloader that could be used for the base game aswell ?
Just asking because I never use studio but I prefer using mods that apply to the base game of all ILLUSION games .

Not in normal optimized games
normal modern games i have gpu utilisation of 90-99% based on content on screen. here 40%?

HS2 is good mate , but yes, if they do AA3 some day, i can tell will be the best game in years

I highly doubt that LOL. The way illusion is going, we'd probably get another premium resort with dumb fighting mechanics, and even worse engine optimizationHS2 is good mate , but yes, if they do AA3 some day, i can tell will be the best game in years

I feel like koikatu (koikatsu?) was what they did instead of AA3. I suspect they are done with AA.

I'm assuming you are talking about PlayHome (or other Illusion H Games), but I don't think you should have that low performance. Something is definitely wrong. Your GPU is quite comparable to mine GTX 1060, which runs games like PlayHome over 60fps at the highest quality.
