The game is pretty good, although it lacks pretty much any lewd content except for right at the beginning and end of each playthrough. It absolutely needs a guide though because there are a lot of obscure and somewhat arbitrary ways to ruin an entire run.

Is it possible to get an ending with just one princess and the queen, or do you have to go for all three princesses?

This game was great! I like the writing, the little events here and there, the grind is a bit much for me (I ended up cheating, apologies), and the art is great. I think you chose good voice actresses as well. I know some people don't care for VAs but I think it elevated the game another tier. I know it's just a small game so I'm not too bothered about the number of sex scenes. I hope you make similar games in the future with more playtime/content. I'll most likely buy the Steam release when it comes out to show some support. Well done!

It's not hard once you discover all the mechanics, but there are a lot of seemingly arbitrary events that will ruin your entire playthrough if you mess them up.
The game has an element of randomness, which makes it hard to plan for what you may need to do.
Basically if you fall behind in any respect, there appears to be no way to catch up.
Also trying to boost your stats with the console seems to lock you into the worst ending, so don't bother if you're getting impatient.

Earlier in the thread is a 4-harem run, but it will only trigger if you've played out the 3 harem. This save is a 3 harem, just go to the castle in the afternoon on day 30.

This isn't true. You only need to get each girl individually, not necessarily the full 3-person harem. I just tested it having not done the 3-person harem but only having done all the princesses and the queen individually, and it worked to give me the full 4-person harem.
Quick question, do you need to also expose the minister for it to count or can you scrape by with the bad ending of each path?

I hate when devs do this it does not add replayability like you all seem to think it just makes it so we have to rewrite your code to play it properly in the first place. So seems I am going to have to patch this before I can even really play it.
Before pretending to fix someone else's stuff make your own
And the fact that the full harem was NG+ was asked by players anyway ^^
