There are probably a few methods.

1) Just use the tool I used.
Unity Assets Bundle Extractor

You must be registered to see the links

Though if the installer doesn't work for you then you could just use the tool to patch the files directly. In the original post I added the PNG files.

Extract that to a clean folder somewhere. Remember that folder location as it will be used in a bit.

Use 'AssetBundleExtractor.exe' to open 'TwinsGyakuRape_Data\resources.assets'

Select all Types with 'Texture2D'

In 'Plugins' it should now have an option for 'Batch Import'

Select the Folder that has the PNG files you extracted earlier.

Confirm the assets to import and click 'OK'

Click 'OK' again and 'Save Changes'

You can now close the Tool.

2) Just take this 'resources.assets' and 'resources.assets.resS' that I already patched using that tool and overwrite the original files (make a backup of the originals if you want).

3) Wait a couple days as NeZKyMaN has a translation in the works that is bigger and better then the Auto Google Translate.

Finally figured out how to get to the files and translate UI, I am also editing the translation itself - it won't be professional but better than pure MTL. I will also add a newer version of the translator and a better plugin.

EDIT:
Honestly, the game has more dialogue content than I expected (in classic playing, you don't see it, but just leave the different animations for a longer moment and you unlock a lot of new lines) I have some time off so I have a loong night ahead. I probably need a few days.

There's no game here. They basically jump on your willy instantly. It's like a video that requires you to tap spacebar to get to the next scene. There's no good build up, there's no choices...I don't know why I got my expectations up for a coom game but even coomers have standards

Overall, I have noticed that many games are rated much lower on F95 than in official stores. Probably because we do not value what we get for free so much and it is easier for us to criticize them because we are overloaded with other content. Of course, you don't have to like it ;-) I was captivated by the atmosphere of the game, extremely sexy, perverse climate, charming voice acting and sweet twins "raping" MC. However, you are right about the mechanics of the game, it is not too ambitious but it did not stop me.

I read in another comment that the censorship is in the videos, so it is unlikely. You would have to go frame by frame and do every single one, which is probably somewhere in the hundreds or even thousands with the number of videos and their lengths. People aren't likely to do that much for free and this was likely never actually given an international release, so the dev literally can't by law.
